1st time the cols creamer was out and I asked if they could get more and i wad told "theirs packets of creamer" and they never put a refill in.
Have at least 10 fuel pumps. We'll stocked convenience store with a variety of ready to eat items and drink station.
I've been in there 3 times and twice I've had some of thrthe worst customer service.
Half the time not very good service. I even had trouble cashing in my winning lottery tickets because they weren't scanned in prior to the sales
It's clean! They have a plethora of quick food options including a snack shop, milkshake machine, and plenty of fountain drink options. You can't beat the $.99 ice cream swirl cones. The staff is friendly and so far has been diligent in keeping their pumping area clean, the window cleaning fluid changed in the receptacles by the pumps, and the windshield squeegees still work.
Great place. Good choice of peanuts. Always has the new flavors.
2nd time i needed a roll/ book of scratch off and was told "aint gonna happen i can only buy whats out in the container" with an attitude. That's $300 they lost out on. I know a manager can only get a roll/ book but the manager walked in as i was leaving and i told her that her employee is not people friendly and has a horrible attitude and she ignored me and kept walking away.
My wife and I are very very loyal customers at the Leland circle k and have very good friendships with that store so we try to stick with circle k but the belville store is making a bad name for the company.
I will drive outta my way from now on to avoid that circle k in belville.
