Great place to fish, relax and take Grandchildren. Also hoping for the open air fresh market to become a success for seasonal seafood and vegetables. Last week was first week end we purchased items and thought it was going to be successful.
I like visiting here and walking my dogs. Fishing here is a little difficult unless you get a spot on the pier but is a well maintained park that is very peaceful and tranquil!
Beautiful place to walk or run along the Cape Fear river. Features nature walk and high quality farmer's/fish market on Saturdays.

My view at the Riverwalk Park was amazing I enjoyed the view. I was able to see a lot of the wildlife in the area like crabs and birds flying. It was beautiful and I will definitely come to the park on a regular basis
