I recently adopted a 3 month old Lab-mix pup and chose Capeside for his exam. Kathy was at front desk and welcomed me and Jersey .Michele was Asst. to Dr. Sami...they were so pleasant and gentle with my pup Jersey. They spent quality time with us to get a clear picture of his behavior and actions since I had only had him 4 days.Bree followed up with a phone call to see how we were and if I had any questions or concerns that I may have forgotten during our visit. I thought that was very kind of them.
I was so impressed by this veterinary office and the entire staff I dealt with today that I didn't want to wait to write this review. This is the best experience I have ever had by far with a vet's office. From the moment I called until I checked out I was treated with kindness. I had just moved to Leland and Holly, who answered my phone call this morning, was able to get my cat, Duchess in at 9:00 a.m. Megan and Kathy checked me in and they already had my cat's record from her other vet's office. They were super friendly and professional. Christina, who brought my cat in for her exam was so nice. Dr Wallis was truly amazing. They were so great with my cat and their prices were fair. I would recommend them to anyone seeking an amazing practice to take their pet. .
We have been using Capeside for 2 years now and could not be happier with the care our 2 dachshunds receive. We consider our dogs to be patients of Dr. Hayley Bush but they have on occasion been seen by other staff veterinarians without any loss of confidence on our part. Everyone is courteous, competent and clearly loves animals. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The veterinarians and the staff are extremly knowledgeable and caring for the animals. When we had a cat become paralyzed, the vet came to our house so the cat was not more traumatized by her condition. We were with her until the end.
Capeside is WONDERFUL!!!! They are a large facility and even have Sunday hours- but everyone is very helpful and caring. They have 2 entrances and waiting rooms- one for cats and one for dogs. When we hade to put our cat to sleep, they were very kind to me on the phone as I inquired, and super nice the day we came in. Dr Wallis was very kind and considerate as she explained the painless procedure, treated our cat with love and gave us lots of time to say goodbye. They have cared for our cat and dog for over 2 years, we have had contact with 3 of the wonderful doctors- and they are always caring and professional. I want to thank them for always being there for our family!
